By using our website and services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, which outline our policies regarding payments, deliveries, refunds, orders, and more.

General Terms

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined here. These terms apply to all orders, and they take priority over any other conditions unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

Payment Terms

We offer two types of payment methods:

A. Account Holders (Business Clients)

✔ Payment must be made by the end of the month following the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
✔ If payment is late, we may suspend deliveries until the balance is cleared.

B. Non-Account Holders (Regular Customers)

✔ Full payment is required before 5:00 PM on the day of dispatch.
✔ Orders will not be processed until payment is received.

C. Discounts

✔ Discounts are only valid if payments are made on time.
✔ If an account becomes overdue, we reserve the right to withdraw any previously applied discounts.

D. VAT Charges

✔ Some printed items may be subject to VAT, depending on the design and content.
✔ If VAT applies, you must pay it in full before delivery.
✔ If VAT is noticed after the invoice is paid, the customer is still responsible for covering the VAT before receiving their order.

Overdue Accounts & Late Payments

If a payment is overdue by 14 days, we may:
✔ Suspend future deliveries until payment is made.
✔ Charge interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate.
✔ Take legal action to recover unpaid amounts, including charging for collection fees.

We understand that unexpected financial difficulties can happen. If you’re facing payment issues, please contact us as soon as possible so we can find a fair solution.

Ownership & Risk

✔ Once your order is delivered, the risk of loss or damage passes to you.
✔ However, the ownership of goods remains with us until full payment is made.
✔ If payment is not received, we reserve the right to take back the products, even after delivery.

Orders & Pricing

✔ Prices are based on current material costs. If material costs increase, we reserve the right to adjust prices accordingly.
✔ Quotations are valid for 14 days—after this period, prices may change.
✔ We can adjust prices at any time without notice, including promotions and special offers.

Delivery Policy

We do our best to deliver on time, but sometimes delays happen due to reasons beyond our control.

A. Delivery Methods

We use:
Courier Services – FedEx, DPD, Rohal Mill
Local Taxi & Uber Services – For urgent deliveries

B. Delivery Delays

✔ We cannot guarantee delivery dates, as delays may occur due to courier services or customs clearance.
✔ We are not responsible for delays caused by FedEx, DPD, or any third-party courier.

C. Missed Deliveries

✔ If a delivery attempt fails, the courier may:

  • Leave a notice for re-delivery.
  • Return the package to us (re-delivery charges apply).

✔ If a taxi or Uber is used for delivery, the driver will wait for a maximum of 10 minutes. If the order is not collected, it will be returned to us, and you will be charged a return fee.

D. International Deliveries

✔ We offer international shipping upon request.
✔ Customers are responsible for customs fees and delays.

Quantity Variations

✔ We may deliver up to 5% more or less than the ordered quantity.
✔ You will be charged based on the actual quantity delivered.

Claims & Complaints

We take quality control seriously, but if something isn’t right, please let us know!

✔ For damaged or missing items, contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.
✔ For incorrect orders or print quality issues, notify us within 5 working days.
✔ If a claim is approved, we may offer:

  • A reprint at no extra cost
  • A refund (if applicable)

We cannot accept claims for:
Orders where you provided incorrect artwork.
Minor colour variations (as printing processes can slightly differ).
Damage after collection or delivery.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

✔ Once production starts, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
✔ Refunds are only issued if:

  • The product is faulty due to our mistake.
  • A reprint is not possible.

No refunds are given for customer errors (e.g., incorrect file uploads, low-resolution artwork).

Intellectual Property & Artwork

✔ We own the copyright of any artwork, designs, or templates created by us.
✔ Customers must ensure they have the rights to use any images or designs they provide.
✔ Any errors in customer-provided artwork are not our responsibility.

Proofs & Colour Accuracy

✔ Proofs are not supplied as standard unless requested.
✔ All designs are printed in CMYK colour mode.
✔ Colour variations may occur due to different materials or laminations.
✔ Customers must check proofs carefully before approval, as no changes can be made after approval.

Force Majeure (Uncontrollable Events)

We are not responsible for delays or failure to fulfill an order due to uncontrollable events, such as:
Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes)
Transport disruptions (strikes, courier failures)
Cyber attacks or system failures

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law. Any disputes will be resolved in UK courts.

Complaints & Feedback

We truly value your feedback and strive for 100% customer satisfaction.

✔ If you have a complaint, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
✔ We will assess the complaint and determine if a reprint or refund is necessary.
